Return and Refund Policy for Edge Sneakers

Thank you for shopping at Edge Sneakers. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our commitment to your satisfaction.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Timeframe:
    Returns must be initiated within 07 days of receiving your item.

2. Return Process

  2. Once approved, securely package the item with all original tags and send it to the address provided by our team.
    Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds:
    Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with obvious signs of use or missing original packaging.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
